Colorado Rebels Riding Club, Inc. (CRRC) uses photographs of patrons and events in its publications and on its Web site. AT ANY TIME, NO PORNOGRAPHIC, SEXUAL OR UNLAWFUL TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE ALLOWED, USED OR SUBMITTED TO OR BY COLORADO REBELS RIDING CLUB. ANY UNLAWFUL PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES. Please sign this release form to grant the CRRC permission to use your and/or your child’s photo.
